    I have to school people every dam day, but today's my last day having to school union guys. :bananadance::woot::bowdown::amen::taco::kona::cheers:

    Very hard even for union guys who were apprentices for 4 years. My guys from time to time throw away hardware and just choose not to install it (limit stops). Then I get a call when the doors at a school fly off during high winds. Good labor is hard to find.
