Yes I think so, She's from Cordova too. She's got dem Chirrens in school down here though so its gonna be a little bit! I've still got a river skiff in Cordova so we hit the old stomping grounds now and then to kill some coho on the Eyak river.

I kid, senior design was a fun project, senior semester was a tough one with all the extra stuff I was involved in, but worth it. I've now got a coffee table built out of parts of a steel bridge I helped design and build.

What was that supposed to mean ben? Oh and how have you been doing work out wise? About to finish my first week of insanity and let me tell you my legs are freqking tired. Def our out of shape but I think by the end of next week I'll be back goin at least twice as hard as my first day back. Usually only takes a week or two for me.

On that note, I just found out that I will be deploying to st Paul next week for two weeks.....

Haha the knobby MTb tread sounds like an Air Force alarm going off in the house so I'm pretty limited on when I can use it. I think my wife has those insanity workouts....worth doing? I can't do push-ups (tendinitis in the wrists) unless you do the fist style. I'm pretty sure those are much harder.

I can't do push-ups either. When I lower my arms, my belly just rolls me forward, so it's more of a rocking back and forth motion than an up and down.
