I did it for a while and it works def almost puked a couple if times. It's just that the work outs are way to long. I'm trying out insanity and let me tell you it's crazy. A shit load of cardio which I need more that weights. P90x had more weight lifting. I recommend both of them if any one has ever thought about them.
