    Okay, a suspension TSB is a replacement of all the shocks and the rear leaf springs because the ones that come stock can't handle the payload they're rated for.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    as far as i know, it hasnt been updated to include the 09's but 09's have been getting it done. just make sure the part numbers on the springs match the TSB

    Yea, you have to stay firm (at least I did) to get the 09s done... they ended up calling the regional service rep for NJ and he said to do mine. :)

    Hey I took mine in and they wouldn't do it because I had aftermarket parts on my truck I already had put in Donahoe front coilovers as well as rear with resevoir to help with the problem, I also had done an add a leaf but I still want it done or I would like them to come out of pocket some because I fixed what was already a problem on their vehicles.
