It's all startin to melt here. It's up to 38 degrees and it rained some earlier. Still got a chance of snow up until 8 am. I rode about 100 miles in total today

I text iceman and told him to come up and go for a ride. He said not til he gets his 35s

I'm hopin it gets colder and we get another blast of snow before the night's over.

 

It was fun. Nice redneck day. Ridin through the snow, fishin in the snow, and shootin guns...in the snow. Haha. Then more ridin in the snow. About 100 miles today.

 

And we got even more snow! And we are supposed to get more through out the day.

 

Where are you located? Just wondering because my step daughter is supposed to leave today to head back to college in Charlotte. Just wondering if she'll have any problems? She will head straight up 85N. She has no driving experience in snow whatsoever, so I'm just hoping for a safe and clear trip for her.

 

All the main roads should be fine....at least up to here. No idea about NC or anything. It's 40 degrees and sunny here. Everything is trying to melt already

 

That's what I figured. The worst of it seemed to be to the west. Plus she's not leaving until about 3 so It should be clear by then but his post kinda scared me a bit.

 

I'm in western NC (Jackson County area).

 

It's alllllllll gone now.

 

Same here. Now its gonna be a soupy mess for a week.
