havent cranked it since. I had a chance to buy this truck last URE run, i offered 2k and he rejected it. this kid paid him 3200 for it and wrecked it last week

I am just hoping that the kid doesnt come up with the money to buy it back from the tow company, if he doesnt then it will be mine, thats all were waiting on

I'm not gonna have a trail rig by the end of the year like I hoped. I did some math and I'm just gonna be too close on my budget and money is just going to be too tight. Plus if the C U Next Tuesday gets the job I'm hoping for I'm gonna quit so I may not even have a job! Ha well I guess it's just time to man up and start wheeling the FJ more.

Any who how do you like the RUFF and Chevy combo? Still all flexy and what not?

The chevys are pretty good. Haven't done the ruf swap yet. I'm running some elcheapo rough country's for now. Planning to do either the ruf or a set of tg 3" springs soon.

Ruf and Chevys will sit levelish. I'm a cheap ass so I wouldn't even consider the tg springs. Also I'd look into fords for the rear, not the rock hangers Chevys are.

Drum brakes are a bitch to do maintenance on. Thank god it doesn't happen very often.
