    If anyone purchases books through Barnes and Noble online; please do yourself a favor and avoid the reseller "Extremely_Reliable". They are not reliable, honest, and attempt to buy off people who post negative feedback about them with gift cards. Do not trust all of their positive reviews.

    Keith have you tried emailing him? Not sure that would go anywhere considering he's not replying to texts. I would just try to get ahold of him in every possible way before filing a claim.

    On another note I ordered Katzkin for my truck. I'm really excited about putting them in.

    I was going to say something similar. You need a game plan. Otherwise you end up 4 weeks out still giving him the benefit of the doubt since you're a nice guy saying, "hmmm maybe he's just busy." You don't have any more time for busy.
