Biggest thing for rain is rubber. Good tires that are broken in a little but have lots of tread. Riding home on a brand new set of tires sucks because you have to burn off the slick packing.

I can't remember the name of it but the first two pictures are from a road off the old seward, its fairly short but its pretty fun. No guardrail though so can be kinda sketchy lol My buddy that rode the black FZ1 had his wife follow him up it once on her ducati and she swore she would never do it again, not even on the back of his bike. I just went super slow and was fine :D Oh and the last one is just a random pic whore from the day I got all my goofy factory signals and whatnot changed out

I'm pretty sure I could find it I jus don't know the name of it. It's just a little ways past the bird viewing area thing whatever it is on the left hand side of the road if your heading outta town. It's just a random road by itself has a few houses on it

Yeah from what I gathered reading around before I bought it when Yamaha introduced the new body style in 06 with all the updates they had leftover parts from 04 and 05 so they continued to build and sell them under the "S" label.

Yeah its not like an fz6 or anything but when they put the inverted forks on the new body style it changed the geometry some. I've sat on the newer ones and they aren't as comfortable to me. But its not like this one is comfortable either really haha
