    possibly...depends on the charge. remember the 17 y/o kid that got head from a 16 or 15 y/o girl he was dating and was arrested, made a sex offender, and had to fight it for years? happened around atlanta, IIRC.

    That same thing happened to a guy my friend was dating. He "forgot" to register after he moved to FL and is now spending 3 yrs in prison.
