Leaving for the long drive to boston to go to the mumord and sons concert. Somehow i got sucked into working tomorrow, i tried to take the day off but it wasnt happening. Shit...tomorrow should be interesting

 

What time is the show over ? Do you take 95 home ?

 

I bought the whole Fluid Film undercoating kit and was going to use it on my frame but decided against it. I sprayed some small areas as a test to see what happened and it worked, but also collected road grime so if you touch it again, your hand turns black. I didn't want that all over my frame because it'd be a nightmare to work on later on down the road. Fluid Film is good stuff, I still plan to use it on other things, just not my frame.

 

I would guess around 12, and ya 95 the whole way

 

HOB usually gets out around 11:30..that will help. Park on Lansdowne St and you can get right out.

I can only find 3 2010 or newer toyota certified used tacoma access cab or quad cab w/ 4wd for less than $20K for 200 miles (auto trader) around here... This one is still the least expensive...you're going over 20K with all the extras on any of the others...also you can't just buy one in NH or ME or CT or RI b/c they don't participate in the Ma. lemon laws...

You know what...I might be interested in those...I have to see how my kid handles getting in and out..

I was just thinking it was a lot because I have trd offroad with 37k bought it for 17k . Yours is double the mileage and base truck for more money . I guess I just got lucky .

I wanted certified...they won't certify anything before 2008 (per 2 dealers I talked to) in Ma. It's the lemon law...they said you can find great deals in surrounding states, and non-certified secondary lots but anything off a Toyota dealer lot will be a premium...plus a 2010 is still under the 7yr/100,000 certified warranty..also it also covers all TSB's under the
12 month/12,000-mile Limited Comprehensive Warranty

• Coverage begins from date of Toyota Certified Used Vehicle purchase
• Provides our highest level of coverage available
• Covers any repair or replacement of components which fail under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship

I only drive 6-8K a year (work 1 town from home) so I can ride that warranty to probably 2016!

 

We should plan something this weekend. I'll have the truck and if there saying it right, we could get foot or more and snow wheeling. I'm down for this weekend.

I hear you with the warranty . You will be using it . I only got the 180 day warranty . Through the private dealer .
Start off with the rear leaf spring tsb there's a whole list on this site .
