The Alabama legislature way back in the day revived the Iron Bowl. Pretty sure the South Carolina legislature did the same for USC and Clemson.

 

I know that, but IMO way to much bad blood right now to forcing this.

 

Realistically, it'll take a year or two before UT gets back around to beating y'all again.

 

Wasn't thinking about outcome. I just think that forcing this game will create more problems then it will solve. Give it time and allow tempers to die down.

 

I wasn't talking about the state of the teams at the moment. They beat y'all 70% of the time. I figured they would beat y'all again whenever y'all got to playing each other again. It'll take a year or two for the legislature to happen.

 

We also aren't a military school anymore. The last 30-40 years the rivalry has been really close. So unless we go back to being a military academy I expect the games to remain close and exciting.

Yeah... This SWATS company is selling a bunch of boo-hockey bullshit. The guy who started the company is on the radio in Birmingham right now. He's totally full of shit. He sells this deer antler crap, and sells "chips" that you put on your body at acupuncture points that helps heal you or make you feel better.

I'm embarrassed that this guy is from Birmingham.

I doubt anything will come of the meeting between one of his reps (Christopher Key) and a couple of our players. I hope nothing comes of it, anyway.

 

They've claimed the same stuff before for different people and it never panned out. They don't have much of a reputation. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

 

Just heard that he was on radio in Georgia and said several UGA players were on it before/during the SECC.

This guy is such a clown.

 

Also heard Mani's gf was on it when recovering from her car accident!!

If it was any of our defensive players, that should prove that crap they're pushing doesn't work.

 

It's Tuesday, Ole Miss still sucks, and I still miss college football. Nothing new here.

 

I keep hearing how Ole Miss is doing a hell of a recruiting job. I've even heard some say they would be legit next year. I'll believe it when I see it.

 

We will suck ass this coming year....7 to 8 wins tops & Spurrier will retire.
