Honestly It just depends on the offroading you do Tyler. I think I'll be happy with this beefed up rear MT, and like you i do not want to punch through the bed. I'm also pretty sure that this rear end should be able to keep up with a +2 LT kit up front as long as I keep it under 50 :D

You know me, I go slow, I just like the idea of the addl droop to keep the rubber in contact with the rocks.

I think your expectations are a little high for that set up.

Agreed. No matter what you do to out back short of going to a long travel set up, it will never keep up with that front setup, heck it wont keep up with a decent set of colovers up front

So Gabe, now that you did the bumps, would you do it again or rather just do a bypass shock, whether conventional or internally bypassed? Cost point is similar but seems the adjustability might be greater with an all-in-one shock.
I'm just curious from guys that have ran several setups. I know enuf I suppose but I'm not a suspension guru by any means so it's always nice to hear opinions based on experience, not just opinions.

The bumps just the last 3" of travel, for Tyler he would benefit much more my a IBS that he can tune more for his type of running.

There are a few LT guys that are still using the poly bumps still.

If you get a 2.5", it would have a 2" tube inside so it reduces the oil overall but allows more tuning just like an external bypass.

Yeah you can tune the compression tube in charge of the end of the stroke as the bump, but I wouldn't forgo having a bumpstop totally, still would need a rubber/poly bump just incase.

Something like 17" in the front, not much in the back. Light bar went to Texas and 200$ came in its place :) just went up to 33's so my gearing just took a big hit. Going to glaims this weekend to play in the sand. Cannot effin wait !

2nd gear downhill. My revlimiter will get a healthy workout fo sho . Looking for 488's for my big bearing 9 I have sitting in the garage. This summer the 9 will get a shake down and tucked under the Tacoma. . Might dragged your ass out to help cut the girl up for cage and rear suspension work.

Stay on top of his credit ratings. The insurance only pays a certain amount automqtically, and the company will try to bill you for the balance. If this happens tell any companies your insurance info, then call your insurance and tell them to handle it. After my accident the total was like 155,000 but the insurance only paid like 145,000 initially. I started getting bills from the ambulance, hospital, etc. Couple calls fot those fixed, but i didnt find out about another til i bought my truck and they ran my credit.
