    Haha...yea...

Group up in billing I read an article on. They tune the fuck outa their old civics. One kid was on his 4th motor. Favorite thing for them to do? Spend the weekends going to the local drag strip and beating all the big and small block V8s

Yea I like those. I like the G8s too. Thought those were awesome cars.

Honestly I'd love an Evo next I think. Sadly they are pricey up front. A 300zx would be fun too. Or just another supra haha

Neat, still looks like a hideous pile of dog shit.

    He knows lol

At least he has an acura..

a few steps above a civic or accord.

He also isn't tuning it to make it fast tho. Its the people that dump tons of money and work into a civic to make it fast i think are retarded. If you are going to do that start with a more respectable and better platform than a freaking civic.

I fucking know that. I'm saying the acura integra is a few steps up on the respectable ricer scale than a civic.

True it being a 4 door is a bit sad. But I wouldn't mind a 4 door. I have had only 2 doors for so long haha. Plus it's not like it impacts performance or fun that much. There is one in town with just a small amount of work on it. Exhaust a rims. Looks amd sounds sick. Why I'd be okay with an evo too.

I kinda like crx's if they are done well.

I think 300zxs and MKIII supras though when lowered a tad and the fat wheels with a big ole exhaust is just sick as hell though.

sorry just saw this while going back to watch the vid ben posted.

He has the TRD SC, URd stealth pulley, URD CAI. We are installing DougT Headers long tube(no cats), URD Y pipe, and a Ucon ECU piggy back. He will also get the 7th injector kit soon as well. Should be aroun 350rwhp at the most i think. but still gonna be fun.

ha! had to go back as for some reason my ipad wont show Viemo that is embedded :notsure:

Not a bad idea though..I would never by one..ill just use a motorcycle strap i have haha Or a tree saver..

Nice! Which stealth pulley does he have, URD has 3 sizes of them now?

One thing I will mention is that I wouldn't recommend using the Ucon to increase the rev limiter. In most of the reading I have done on XR-U, the guys going for high horse power (without forged internals) always seem to blow up their motor running the higher rev limit. And they think (2.5" is brand new still so they aren't positive on this) if you are running the 2.5" stealth pulley you will overspin the TRD S/C at 6000+rpm (meth injection would probably fix the overspin though;)).

No we have an older one on. You ahve to re machine the nose of the SC in order to fit the real small wheel. Just running the 2.8 i think :notsure: Ill have to look again.

and trust me..we aren't going for top end haha no rev limiter. My dad just wants to get the best fuel map possible as we are at elevation. Plus the self learn feature will be nice.

is he getting one of those tune on the fly ones? Those are pretty cool. Me and my friend were mobbing up to the ski hill and he was playing with his mapping while steering, while I shifted.

Also had my first test in math today. Actually think I did pretty good.:D

as I was walking up to turn in the test I see like 4 people all doing the last problem wrong (it was a graph) and royally fucking it up. It was even a problem word for word out of the home work lol. I suspect they were lost because if you plugged it into the calc the graph was out of the standard viewing window so they had no clue what it looked like. But i remembered it from the hw. I just plugged values of x into the table and got my y values and made the graph how I remembered it. :D Like a boss.

    Graph looked kinda like this

and people were drawing diagonal lines, horizontal lines, the invert of that graph...I was like REALLY?! Does nobody remember how this freaking thing looks?

totally wanted too. But I wanted to check the book and make sure I actually got it right before insulting people. Wouldnt that make me the biggest ass if i started telling people they were wrong or how to do it and I did it wrong :anonymous:

now I just have to wait and get it back to see if I actually did as well as I think.

Also downloaded ANOTHER 1.79 gig update last night...fucking hell the BF updates literally have taken up half my hard drive and filled the dam thing.

URD makes a snout cutter that you can use to fit the smaller pulleys.
    http://urdusa.com/Pulleys-Superchar...r-for-TRD-4.0L-Supercharger/product_info.html

I don't know much about the Ucon, but won't it involve putting your rig on a dyno to get a good tune, or are there actually some maps out there for a TRD S/C'd 1GR-FE with a URD TCAI? haha

Hey Bemjammim....I know that, like me, you were not happy with the new photobucket and I wanted to let you know that they made some changes. I've been using the new site for the last few days and its OK. You have to go through your user settings to set things up and get some of the old features back. They're not 100% the same but it works.
