    Thinking of adopting this guy, he is a 1 year old, german shepherd/malinois from what I can guess. Really nice dog and would be perfect for my two girls, they have been lost since Buddy died, he was the alpha male. His name is Andrew, they couldn't let him out to see me because they hadn't done the safety test on him yet, so I am probably gonna go back and see him this weekend or something. I still petted him through his cage, he just leaned up against the bars and let me scratch him, poor guy, really hope we can give him a home. I am all pro adopt, there are too many dogs in animal shelters that need homes, would never buy a dog from a breeder.

    Agreed. I've always had rescues, the Mrs always had purebreds from breeders. When we got our dog from a rescue I converted her, and I don't think she'll ever get another dog from a breeder.

    No they just found him wandering the streets, he is quite skinny and needs to be fed some, but seems sweet enough. I am gonna give them a call this afternoon and see if they done the testing yet so I can go back tomorrow.
