Is putting the extra 2+ gallons in the tank/tube bad after the nozzle clicks off? I hate getting fuel, so I get as much as possible when I do....

Clean air filter on charcoal canister then take long drive that should take care of it unless,,,, that charcoal canister is completely dead (which is highly unlikely)

Go under the truck. Where gas tank is. That black sqerish thing next to it is charcoal canister. Hopefully somebody has a PDF from FSM and exact steps for opening. But you don't have to drop tank to clean it.

OK, I do that once in a while ... I fill the neck right to the top (I have an 8 mile drive after I've done this).

I won't be doing that again. Thanks for the heads up!

I think this is it. But I have no FSM and it's too cold to be under truck. If you not sure look for FSM there are step by step instructions for filter cleaning.

I dont think topping off. Makes it go bad. More like when filter gets. Clogged it will pull fuel easier from tank. Also if problem happens first try is to clean filter and allow fuel collected in canister to vaporize. Then reset codes.
