Remington refuses to pay whatever CA requires to get on their "approved handgun" list. Apparently there are no legal Remington pistols available to California.

It is a sexy gun, I hate to get rid of it, priorities though. Shoots amazingly comfortable.

 

Single shot exemption and it'll be ca legal.

 

I don't think that's the case, it isn't because it's a used gun. I'm not 100% certain but it still wouldn't be legal because its not on that list. Could be wrong, but that's my understanding.

 

If you do a single shot exemption then you can bring it into Cali. That's how some guys here have gen 4 glocks.
