You're prob doing to much.......your rest days are spent skiing all day? That takes lots of calories above what you need to grow so nothing is happening. Simplify your workouts and just do a few things at a time! HIIT and strength in the same workout is VERY taxing and sucks up tons of calories which you're not replacing!

    Sometimes doing less is more!

Try an Upper/Lower split and ONLY do compound lifts (nothing for arms or calves until you have some size to work with). Think Chest, Back and legs ONLY and give it lots of time!

And size can change with age/metabolism....at 20 something I was a hard 180 to 190 & couldn't gain size. At 40 something, I can't lose the size....248. But still close to the same strength.

Reason I was eating less is because I wanted to lose the fat and keep the strength if not increase it.

So do you guys prefer to go to the gym in the morning or the evening ? I work a mon-fri 8-5 job so my choices are either before work or after i use to go after work but relized i was more likely to come up with a excuse not to go when i was going after work and would end up going on 3-4 times a week. I have now started going before work and love it, there are alot less people at the gym in the morning and i have no excuse not to go so have been going 5 days a week for a month now.

Morning for me as well. If I don't go in the morning then I won't go at all that day. Nights are busy and I'm on daddy duty when I get home. I go 3 days a week, but only because my Fiance has school early on TTh so I can't make it.

    Cool bro...

Really, that is pretty good as far as differences but it makes me wonder if a lot of it is in your head... Those kind of ups are ridiculous on just a couple of preworkouts

i started off doing my old PR, before i was doing 2 rep max but after the preworkout the creatine and my new lifting routine i was able to do my old PR for 8-10 reps. so i moved up weight till i can only do 1-2 reps and that's what i end up with.

Okay, that's starting to make some more sense to me. Nice work man! Keep it up! I'm one of those tall and skinny guys, so my numbers tend to go up a little slower than others, but that does nothing to demotivate me.
