Nice. I've been debating on making a switch panel to go down there. I'm just worried about the shifter getting in the way of the switches all the way on the right.

I should be good, the bolts on top of the struts are pretty new. Less than 10,000 miles for sure. Previous owner had new shocks installed all around recently. Sad to let the almost new shocks go to waste.... Hopefully I can find somebody to buy them.

The hard part will be the add a leaf. The front will be a piece of cake, especially since I get to use a wall mounted hydraulic spring compressor! ;)

    Yup, starting at 9 a.m!

Yea. I thought about going and getting another lower piece from the junk yard to play around with trying to make it more convenient to reach, using fiberglass. I really want to put a double din radio in my truck but the switch panel under the radio is so easy to use lol. I've also thought about trying to make an overhead switch panel but I really don't want to have to re-route and extend all of my wires.

The only one that gets used regularly is the driving lights...and it's always on. The switch is just an override. I have them turn by the high beams so long as the switch is on.

The rest of the switches....I could care less how handy they are as long as they are in arms reach while seated...and they are. And I'm not giving up my double DIN.

    Look at build!
Screw that! I have better luck using the truck to compress the springs than any kind of spring compressor.

It's a blue sea 6 position switch panel. Has 6 ATC fuses integrated in it. The squares have lights behind them and it comes with pre cut decals to fit over. The words are then backlit when you flip on the toggle switch. It's pretty neat but I think I'll need some custom fiberglass work done to make a panel that it will mount to and fit in the same spot.

If anyone has one of those panels that the 12v outlets and switch blanks are in, let me know.

I think I'd make it fit right I front of the shifter. Looks like it would fit. Be a bitch to run the wires.

Yeah I've thought about that as well. But it's pretty deep. The circuitry and wires stick out probably 2-3 inches. And I haven't taken the trim piece around the shifter off to see how much room is in there yet. I haven't bought the panel just yet. But I get it for almost 50% off. Sooo...I wanna make it work haha.

Which center console do you have? There isn't a ton a room not that much anyways.
