Came off my 2006 tacoma. Also comes with Silverstar Ultra bulbs, and DTRL/Turn signal bulb. (Does not include the running light bulb, and rubber boots)
All tabs are intact. These lights have been on my truck for 4 years now, ~ 60K miles. Both of these lights have some surface scratches, but the major blemishes are posted above. Both also are showing signs of fading/yellowing especially on the top of the lenses. Most of these blemishes are probably fixable with some TLC (aka buffer). The driverside/Left headlamp has been opened, but was also sealed up with 3m window weld and has not leaked since put back together.

Asking for $75 local or $120 shipped and paypal.

How well does that antenna work for am/fm? And how do you tune it??

The antenna is plug and play for am/fm. You just unscrew your old one and screw the new one on. I did not notice any difference from stock for radio reception. I've only had it installed for 20 minutes or so. Noticed that there was major wind noise or howling due to the antenna at freeway speeds. This antenna is CB tunable. In order to do so, you would need to purchase a 3 way antenna splitter (http://www.firestik.com/Catalog/AR-1A.htm)
