I threw my 2 spares in the back and it sits nicely and rides like a dream. Just gotta mount the limit straps and put a proportioning valve on it. The e brake is the wire in the bed it is not connected yet either. The tires are 35x12.5 Open Countrys.

16" in the front and 18.5" in the back. Down the line maybe pick up some 18s and the rear will cycle 22". At ride height the front has 9" of uptravel and the rear has 12". Now just gotta test out all the shocks and revalve accordingly. Cage thoughts are already brewing as well haha.

Got the truck out for its shakedown run the weekend and it works awesome! Had a few expected issues but nothing with the suspension or fab work.

Ran it through a pretty rough section of the race course and it floated awesome over some 3-4 foot whoops and a couple heavy g-outs. Started hearing a clunk up front so we stopped and looked. One of the light bar bolts had shaken out and caused the bar to bounce and shear off the aluminum mounting bracket. The light itself was in good shape still so we yanked it off and pulled the corner lights out and continued on.

Got a bunch more runs in and pulled off to check the bolts and everything was working great. The truck pulls through the whoops awesome without shuffling side to side at all.

After that we made our way back towards the highway and hit the race course once again. It did awesome in the trenches with the ground clearance of the 35s. Through it up on a rock to check the shock clearance and it has no rubs whatsoever. After running it hard through the biggest stuff out there, we did a final check and found the stock steering rack bushings had blown out. Also, as expected the alignment cams had been knocked out of whack because they were not tacked. On top of that the driver side motor mount is blown.

All in all it was an awesome shakedown. The frame did not flex like it used to and everything felt sturdy. Did not touch bump once in the rear! All of the components that gave out are ready for upgrade and were the expected failure points. The future fab list did not get any bigger, just shuffled around upgrades a little haha.

Thanks dude just got back from beach cruisin haha

Did you just gusset your stock ones or did you find some good solid mounts? I am still trying to figure out what I am going to do.

On a side note I got the new poly steering rack mounts on. Also I am picking up heims and all the other stuff tomorrow to heim my upper arms and solid mount the lowers. Should get that all done next week. Also a little sneak of the new rear skid plate to protect the shackle hangers.
