Might be a dumb question , but is the National Gaurd not under the Posse Comitatus Act ?

 

Cops don't protect, they take reports so don't sweat that.

National guard presence, that's a bit unsettling for sure, feeds my suspicions of things to come, I guess since its nations guard I feel better than if it were NATO or UN

 

I kinda doubt NATO or the UN are too concerned about this

 

All because of one man we're not even sure is still around, or alive for that matter.

 

Agreed, it's suspicions many Americans are concerned with that would invite them onto our soil. Much bigger picture.

When he SHTF here we all feel comfortable that out own military wont be the ones taking our freedoms. Given the right opportunity, which this is not, outside sources will be the ones coming here to do the dirty work. Sooner or later it seems it will happen, once everything falls into place

My friend is a local reporter and lives in the area. He said the officers that had been assigned a security detail because they were on Dorners list have been told to take their families to locations far away and unknown to anyone else.

From what I know this is only going to apply to about 40-50 LAPD officers.

Word of the bird is that the police are feeding news agencies false stories in order to confuse and trick Dorner.
