    Would it cause major airflow issues to reduce the size of the pipe in the middle between the snorkel and the air intake to back between a battery and the washer fluid tank. I only have about 1"-2" between them, i could however make the pipe more of an oval as I have room to grow the pipe vertically.

    Do you have the snorkel yet?

    2" thick oval may be enough if it's tall enough. To be sure just copy the oval of the end of the snorkel where it meets the rubber hosing. It's the smallest section. I would not go smaller then the ID of that tube with the ID of your new tube

    also you can get some extra room out of the washer resi by clocking it slightly.

    I got a longer screw from HD and added some 1" round rubber I had laying around as a vib free washer

    I have not bought the snorkel as I wanted to make sure I could install it and not run into any major issues first, so far the truck is "bullet proof" and reliable and don't want to change that. The piping is the major issue right now the other is a light that has to be moved onto the snorkel but that's fairly easy.

    Dimensions would be great, I plan to get some as well from my truck, best way to know if it is gonna work other than doing is looking at the numbers.
