Looks great. How hard was it to do the DTRL?

Wasn't too hard for myself but I have some electrical background. For the complete novice it may seem a bit overwhelming but trust me...if you can read and follow pictures you will be just fine. Instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Only item not listed as a needed item are screws you will need to mount the resistors. I used some #6 1/2 inch long sheetmetal screws and mounted them near where the instructions picture them.

    That doesn't sound to bad.

What are the steps needed for the resistors so that the Taco doesn't think that the bulbs are burnt out? I would like to avoid cutting up wires if possible.

It's those little clamps that cut into the existing wires.

Here is a camera phone pic of a comparison between the 886 mod, and my 800 lumen reverse. Cant see the coverage but if you know all the people that have gone to the 886 to get brighter lights these beat the 886s

Do you by chance have one from behind the dash at night so we can see the light fall on the road...one that actually shows the difference of how much road is lit up between the two bulbs.

I dont have that pic. There is a little dark spot just behind the bumber (in the camera) with the 800 (projector). Other than that, they both reach out about the same. The main differance is that the LED is not going to melt anything. I added some aux. reverse lights to take care of window tint issues. Its like a clear sunny day behind my truck now!
