we manufacture our own glass inhouse now, hense it has our name brand on them:D
    [IMG]

since we just got into the fiberglass manufacturing process, we are slowly making product as the demand is out their, we recently released the bedsides for the 05+ shortbed as that is a very popular truck right now, if the demand is out their for fiberglass hoods we will gladly manufacture them to fit the demand
    [IMG]

all of our fiberglass is for Racing Purposes hense it is thin, we use quality resin and 3oz. matting to make them strong, with our racing experience we feel that thinner glass holds up better to "rubbing" bushes, rocks, or other vehicles since it has a little more give than thicker glass,

we have front fenders and rear beadsides in stock, it can be picked up here at the shop or we can mail out with UPS confirmation numbers so you know where your package is

next will be the 05+ standard bed bedsides and then we will be making a 1 piece clip for the 05+ toyota tacomas, and other little cool parts that people have been asking us for since we took on this new endevour, if anyone is interested in ordering a set you can contact us at the shop 909-238-6788, via email engageoffroad@gmail.com or message us here on TW...and yes their is a TW discount to members....Hass...EngageOffRoad....

ofcouse we can, we have a new member to our shop "Mario" and all he does is fiberglass work, depending on your design it would take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we would need your truck for mock up, the cost varies on your design, you would have to come into the shop to show us your design and or explain what you are looking to get done...Engage

Those are Stock Length UCA most likely, go to the Mid Travel BS Thread for Info on that. You CAN NOT use them with LT LCA.

Greetings from glamis. Hung the old girl out to dry today, let's just say a little too much. Stood her on the nose at about 45-50' coming down from what I was told, 6-8'. Ripped off both head lights, air box and rear passenger fender curled up. I think I might have gone a tad too fast.....

Saw this Raptor out at Barstow today on a trailer. This truck was so gnar It blew me away. Chit chatted a lil with the RPG guys, they were cool. Tires are 39" projects to put it into scale.
    http://www.rpgoffroad.com/wp/wp-con...=236,azc=1,aq=100.pagespeed.ic.UvftUytBPi.png

I think my valving is starting to get pretty good. Was skipping over some gnarly (for me) whoop sections I thought weren't possible with a 13" kit up front, especially with single shocks, ha. When I do nose pop it feels really controlled and smooth and the landing is no big deal. Rear is like a caddy. Built a side strut off each canti arm so they pivot on two bushings each cause they were flexing side to side too much. Kind of a duh moment that I didn't do it in the first place. Works perfect now.

Got a rear flat though, inner sidewall, hard to tell if it was the bump can or if I hit a rock. Gonna round out square edges on the bump cans and run it. I'm already running 1.5" rear spacers so I'm not sure what to do about it other than start saving for a 9" rear end, maybe 2" over + on each side. Cans are flush on the frame with bolts turned back so it's just the can body, can't recess into the frame because the body is about 1/4" off the bump cans above the frame.

My camera broke in my backpack/toolbag cause I was mobbin so hard, ha, and I went out solo so yeah, cool story bro. No pics.

Looks like 3 .020 shims stacked up at the end. This is basically the equivalent of a rate plate.

so do all shocks have that big ass washer looking thing between the shaft end and the rebound stack?

So most you guys know I am not a fan of Geoff and Giant Motorsports at all. I've had to fix more of his fuckups that were done on my truck (before I bought it) than I can count.

That said, here's a prime example of what I'm talking about and why I despise him and his company. I've been crawling under the truck the last couple days doing some wiring/rewiring and I cam across this. This is the driver's side forward spring hanger. The son of a bitch didn't even weld the inside of the hanger to the frame, only the bottom and outside. If my sliders weren't bolted to hanger, I'm sure I'd be up shit creak without a paddle. Passenger side is welded fully. Apparently he's too fucking lazy to move the gas tank 2 inches to burn the inside in.
    Fuck you Geoff!

That's normal by my observations. I'm not a shock expert, but here's mine without the shims, but you can see the same big ass washer at the end.

From what i think i understand, those 3 shims on comp (if it's not just an illusion and is actually one thick washer) would just be like having a thick fulcrum washer. The "rate plate" is the big diameter washer.
The thick top washer on the rebound side is normal. It's the rebound fulcrum, and the washer for the nut.

Woopsie. I totally missed the part where he mentioned rebound and was focused on comp.
    Thanks for the clarification...on everything.
