    Greetings all,

First time poster and first time Taco owner. I’m picking up my 2013 super white double cab SR5 TSS tomorrow afternoon from my dealer. My dealer price was 27,103 (w/TSS 1k rebate). Also, with the trade from my old company truck was OTD 24,223. I decided to go with the 4-cylinder since I am on the road a lot and am stoked to the MPG.

I’ll snap some photos tomorrow. Still looking around the forum, lots of good info here. I am an avid cyclist (on- & off- road) so the Taco is perfect for my sport of choice.

Hi Frater, congrats on the truck!

Can I ask what your price was before ttl?

I've ordered the same config as you minus the Entune JBL.

Nice job on the tires. I asked if I could pay the difference for some duratracs and they said no.

Hey guys. I just bought my 2013 v6 auto silver DCLB with the TRD sport package with the normal stereo (no navi), backup camera, tow package, skid plate, floor mags and door sill protectors for $28560 + ca tax/license etc. the msrp was 30,105. The same truck but with navigation was almost 2k more. I figuered the stereo was the first to go so why spend it on navigation.

I had no incentives from the dealer. Special financing or cash back was only on the tundras.

This is identical to mine but 2x4. I find the 4-cyl and feel of the truck drives like a 4x4 though. I'm really digging mine.

It was about 31,500 if my memory serves me right. Like i said we only have a $300 tax down here. I haggled the guy down pretty well I thought, threw in the rebate too, but when he wrote it up, he forgot to put in the rebate, so I called in the manager and got him on it. I thought I got a pretty good price considering it was just under 37k for the sticker.

Here's the offer I've got on the table right now:
    2013 V6 4x4 DCSB TRD Off-Road w/ Tow package
    MSRP: $31,795
    Offer: $30,000 - $1,000 (college rebate) = $29,000 + TTL

The price includes WeatherTech FloorLiners ($169.90) instead of Toyota's all-weather mats.

What do you guys think? Should I pull the trigger?

    Sounds like a good deal.

I just got a price for this:

2013 DC TRD Sport with towing package
    $29,865 + $372 = $30,237 OTD

I own (clear title) a 2007 DC TRD Off-Road with towing package with 35,600 miles in very good condition. They are offering $19k - $20k trade before seeing the truck. They ran the VIN and see that it was in one accident (rear-ended but it was all fixed). One door is a little dented and they are aware of it.

    I can get 1.24% for the difference at the local CU @ $18 a month per $1k so I finance $10k on a 2013 and pay $180 a month...

Deal or no deal? I considered selling mine on CL for more and end up financing less. I don't need to sell it but being in New England, I am concerned about frame rot eventually.

    What would you do?

And a question? Did the mount points for steps on the rockers change at all? I have a set of n-fab step nerfs that I'd like to move to the new truck if the holes are the same.

I would keep a low mileage paid off truck long before trading it in for a new model and monthly payments.

You haven't put that many miles on the 2007 to justify a new truck.

Just registered here, seems like everyone here is a taco freak so i should fit right in!! I just bought my 2nd new tacoma, traded in my 1st. Wanted you guys opinion of the deal i got. The new tacoma is a 2013 DCLB 4X4 trd sport edition msrp $33,045 backup camera but no entune. They took the price down to $31,150 and gave me $10,400 for my 2005 DCLB prerunner which had 152,000 miles on it!! After ttl out the door was $23,000(ttl was right at $2000 including dealer fees) I feel like the new price is about the standard but $10,400 for my old truck was pretty good considering blue book said $8300 for trade-in. Anyone have an opinion on this deal???
