i was about to put on my Sockmonkey Chargers bolt third brake light sticker and i noticed some pretty big droplets of water in the light housing. i skipped putting on the 3rd brake sticker and did my bedside decals instead. :)

truck is a 2012. has anyone noticed this issue? i'm looking for info before i contact Toyota. thanks!

note: pics are unrelated to water in the brake light issue. hope the bubbles on the driver's side dry out.

Its under warranty, take it to dealer before water dries up and then your screwed. Clearly a defective seal, I'm not sure why people insist on seeking outside help for a simple problem that the dealer will gladly fix for free. Just take it in and be done with it.

Yeah I guess its worth a shot trying here. Didn't mean to come off like an ass either, just kinda don't get why people under warranty even bother trying here. Even if you could fix it yourself I'd still take it in anyways. Just the way I did things I guess. But anyways, I've never ever heard of this problem before. Definitely a first I've seen. Did you check to see if its cracked? Even a small hairline fracture can let moisture through. Good luck. I'm sure they will just put a new one on real quick. Should be a simple fix

:) When you install any type of decal and you encounter a bubble in your work, just take a straight pin from buying a shirt or a small sewing needle and stick a small hole in the bubble and force the air out. Most times it is trapped air in any bubbles from appling a decal of all types. No one will see the hole if done correctly and it will seal your decal down. Good Luck.
