Careful not to injure yourself. Your muscles might have the power but your joints, tendons etc would really be straining.. i guess you are young : )

After work. I would love to get it out of the way in the morning but i seriously get out of bed 10 minutes before my ride goes to work. Plus I'm intermittent fasting till until about 1pm, so after work which lines up with the philosophy to eat the bulk of your calories around workout time.

Have a long way to go... And a lot of fat to cut out, but I am working at it and am starting to feel as though the change is starting to come.

Keep up the good work Colton!!!

I started running a mile or so after every other work out, and my waist looks a bit thinner, there's less fat to pinch but I didn't have much to begin with.

I lost about a pound doing that in the last month. :/ But I'm definitely not struggling/ out of breathe as by the time I get up the small hill I run as I was in the beginning.

Legs are getting stronger again and I've slowly started adding exercises to my squat days, added step ups today.. Don't want to do it all at once, but more gradual. One of my goals, but not ultimate goal, is to be able to do 20 reps of 135. I know it's not much but I'm not going for pure strength either.

Other goal is to be able to squat my own weight (165) 5 times, hopefully by the time June comes around, but right now that seems kinda ridiculous. haha

    We'll see!

I am glad to see that stack works for someone.. I tried the same thing. Did nothing besides make me wanna stop lifting because I was about to throw up. Lifts didn't increase a single ounce.

Haven't had caffeine in over 3 years, and never tried a PWO, even after 3 weeks of it, it did jack shit.

Anyone use a product called DIM? It balances hormone levels by keeping bad estrogens out of the body......helps with that last bit of spare tire that never seems to go away!

What day is it on? I'd love to play flag football and may be able to swing it since I have an office in Campbell.

My gym in Alaska had that in the gym, by the weights. Best waste of time between sets ever.

Depends on the lift. Dumbell flat bench without straps, yes. Decline Barbell, absolutely not. Don't wanna fail and have several hundred pounds on your throat.
