    ya it was, ive had to do some electrical on it and some little things, just picked up a new motor for it as well and will be putting it in this weekend!

    Yes! I bought one from national auto parts for a fast fix and it broke 2 days later. Then bought another one because I don't feel like jumping in the passenger side in front of all the kids at school :eek:
    I guess I don't know my own strength :cool:

    I'm starting to feel mine go. I've changed how I pull the handle with my finger tips on the bottom edge instead of wrapping under. I'm hoping it'll buy me some time but guessing I'll be shopping for handles before I know it.

    That's how mine was and finally gave out. I got my most recent one for 20$ feels pretty sturdy. I'll let you know how it goes if yours holds up a little longer.

    Its not hard you just have to have a mechanical mind. Iv been doing motor rebuilds and restoring old cars since i was 12 so i have taught myself with years of trial and error

    Unless you have rolled it over onto the door i dont think u need to replace the linkage just maybe inspect and clean then lube.

    Get some scrap metal go to the scrap yard u drive on the scale they wheigh u u drive off dump the metal they wheigh u again look at the ticket and get paid for ur metal

    Or if u need each wheel weighed go to the state police office and ask if a DOT officer will weigh ur truck for you

    My favourite cookies are those pecan shortbread crescents, covered with powdered sugar, but I almost never eat cookies. Last years cookies lasted me for months. :D
