I've always had Standing Military press as part of my shoulder work outs, Only been lifting about a year. Yes plenty of gains, the AMRAP was just something new I was trying instead of lifting "heavy" for low reps.

i did not stack it at first because im very sensitive to caffeine, so i started on craze in small dose, then added hemavol in normal dose and did bcaa in normal dose. took me a week to get use to craze. i used jack3d micro before it was good but for the price it wasn't as good as craze. i would suggest just hop off all supps, let you body take a break then start on craze by itself just 1 scoop.

I havent had caffeine in over 3 years and took craze and it did NOTHING. Probably immune to caffeine after drinking over 10 mtdews a day for 5 years straight

It was deff not as strong as the original but still good, you don't get the jitters and it delivers energy pretty smoothly, but it wears off in like 30 mins for me so i stopped taking it.

I stocked up on the old Jack3d ;) love this stuff. No crash and tons of energy..though I've been light headed a few times when pushing myself really hard.

1MR (1 More Rep) made me feel sick to my stomach and I was winded doing a light workout.

NOXplode is too much caffeine. I think 1 serving has the same caffeine as a 6 pack of Mt. Dew haha. I get the jitters and headaches and crash hard.
