perception is reality. females can't drive for crap. case in point, my GF wrapped her TC in one of those yellow poles at a gas station after fueling. I couldn't understand how the hell you hit that thing.

Oh I also forgot to mention! She spilled her drink one night driving her moms 6 month old Camry and leaned over to try to pick it up and hit a mailbox breaking her moms passenger side mirror!

Good for you for sticking to what you believe.
And I'd go with the open field thing. Just remind her it's your insurance that suffers if something happens.

Nothing wrong with that at all, just something her and I are doing together to stay strong in our faith with God.

yup that answered my question...she is NOT the 1% of females that can actually drive a vehicle competently.

HOWEVER! I have a great idea!!!

If she really want to drive it...tell her you will let he IF she can explain how it works...how the 4wd system works, how the diffs work, how the transfer case, even basic engine functions works...that kind of shit. If SHE really cares about it she will go research it on her own and will actually learn something. It will be a lot easier to let her drive it if she knows the basics about the vehicle.

Wait, how is it his insurance? She should be covered by hers no matter what she drives. That's how my insurance works. I drive jake's mom's brother's car and crash it, I still pay from my insurance. That's why I don't care if people drive my vehicle if they are insured because it will be fixed and I will probably get some free plate bumpers out of the deal.

    Lol.

But that might cause her to panic and mash the gas. I mean old people do that all the time and they can't hear shit.

I let my fiancé wheel my truck. She does well. She can never take my truck when I'm not in the passenger seat though.

I inflict enough damage on my vehicle as it is... She ripped my brush guard in NJ coming over an obstacle while 5 spotters/onlookers were yelling "slow slow SLOW SLOW SLOW!!" I never liked the brush guard really anyway...

She can drive it all she wants when it becomes the bad-ass mommy wagon and daddy gets an FJ :) So she can drive it to her hearts content in a few years.

I might do that... Haha she is trying to learn stuff about trucks from me... She continuously asks me what size lift, tires, and wheels I'm getting as well as had me explain to her how an alternator and battery works with the truck...
