when are you planning on scheduling the ride?? which weekend?

here is another map just to give another idea of how you can get lost and or stuck if you go in the wrong place.



remember this is just a rough sketch i done.. one time a few friends and I went 4wheeler riding is this area at night but went up on the other side of the mtn. got lost and came to a paved road in the middle of nowhere. they call the entrance we would take little coon. we went up on big coon side... i wouldnt take the 4runner up that side lol. did i mention there is a natural spring to wash off the trucks when we are done lol

 

well crap.... im out for that weekend.

 

I won't be making a ride that far away until I get a good feel for my truck. Even though I've owned it for 6 months, I've only had it in my possession for 3 days lol

 

damn bill, hogging another man's truck!!!! truck hoarder!!!!!!

 

what would be good for you? I just thru that out there also gives some planning time. it would be smart to get out there about 11 or 12 that way its not dark while were up there cause I know a lot of us don't care for dark riding.

 

i can do the feb 23, cant do march 2 but then can do the 9th???

New guy from Crow Mtn. been on here about a month just realized there was a section for Alabama.

when is LBL meet jim? i havent been up in that area for prob about 20 years.

 

March 1-3, come on up! I'm not sure yet what the offroading will be like, but it should be fun. My buddy is coming down with his girlfriend in his totally stock f-150 from st louis.

 

um if its anything like it used to be....... FUN AS HELL! we used to go to kentucky lake in the summers and rent a place. totally different animal wheeling up there compared to down here. wouldnt be able to make that. unfortunately i wont be able to get out of the house that weekend. although it would have been great if i could have.

 

That sucks, oh well. If it's as good as you say, can always plan another trip. Totally different animal how? It looked more technical, which I was happy about.
