I noticed it first when backing out and into my driveway on the bump there. Can't tell at other speeds.

I doubt it is axle wrap as I didn't touch the axle.

What are you doing tomarro? Wanna help me trouble shoot this bad bearing? I cant tell if its front or rear and I don't have access to a lift.

I need to know which one is bad so i can order the part and I'll do all the work.

Are there any new modifications on your leaf springs or shocks? If its just bumps and what not, it's most likely suspension. Touching the carrier bearing wouldn't do much but cause vibes if done wrong. Trying pushing down on the immediate right and left sides of your rear bumper hard and see if it makes the noise maybe you can isolate it from there.

I'm stock TRD OR Suspension right now, minus my Firestone Air Ride kit.

I'm sure its a bearing, just not sure which one.

The way I have done it in the past with other vehicles was up on a lift with all 4 wheels running. Then walked under the lift and listened to the vehicles noises. Jack stands are the same thing. Just not as high up. and I wouldnt necessarily go under the vehicle when its running like that.

Good to hear. Didn't think of that. When we installed my lift I hand tightened the lower shock nuts and forgot to torque them down :anonymous: a few months later I noticed the nuts on the lower shock mounts both sides were gone
