I see so many tacomas in my area. A few with painted wheels and bhlm. I dont understand how we dont have more Tn members?

 

yeah, i’m starting to see more and more with small easy mods. idk maybe they are seeing my tacomaworld sticker, and just lurking.

 

I've PM'd tcbob like 3 different times over the part year with no luck on getting a sticker yet. I want one, but haven't been able to get my hands on one yet...

 

when was the last time you PM’ed him? mine took like 3 weeks to come, from the time i PM’ed him till it got here.

 

Maybe idk? I think they are members but just to ask questions. Most guys around here don't actually use there truck.

The north alabama people are maybe doing a wheeling meet march 9th near stevenson, AL for you chattanooga people.

 

Same with me... I have asked for a sticker twice and the first time was about a year ago, still no sticker. I am sure it is a lot to keep up with, but I would love to have one.

 

Taking my '94 LC with some Jeepster friends up to Coppingers Cove this Saturday. Anyone been? Will be my first trip.
If that falls thru, how/where can I meet up with you guys for riding at Aetna? Im not on the lease, so I'd have to go up Cummings Cove IF its still open and not illegal. I havent been back there since I heard they 'closed' Aetna and TWRA was sworming. Anyone have any comments on that?

 

Aetna is a entire mountain of 10K acres. They are shutting 1 entrance off and that is through the subdivision. They will be shutting down 1200 or so acres. You can still go through whiteside. You just hit Aetna mountain road, follow it up, and you'll get on a gravel road. As you're going up there is a right turn and youre on the trails. Ill try to get a picture in a little bit. Looks pretty sweet. All of this land is still legal to ride. Friends of mine from school went up there a few weeks ago and rode, buddy of mine on the jeep forum goes there all the time. He's the one who told me how to get there.

i just GPS’ed my truck. and my speedo is DEAD on accurate with 265/75R16. I thought it was off by 2 or 3mph.

 

Sounds good man, you still gotta be done by 4-5? I might end up stayin in jasper at my buddies house cause he lives 5 minutes from there if that's alright but if you wanna meet up before and follow me, that's good too.

Gid this is the demello i was looking at buying. but ill have to skip the event to be able to afford it. ill have your 200 to you the day you get back before you leave. i will have to take the money i was gonna use for the trip to put into that bumper. who all is riding with you up there?

Sweet, got a guy on the jeep forum goin for sure. He's got a 2" lift, 32" BFG AT tires, and he's locked front and rear. I think the Mapco down there would be a good place to meet, take a left on the wildwood exit and it's just a little ways down. Let me know if anyone else want to go!
