Girlfriend Problems...

I let mine drive it when I know it will be safer for her to get to work in than the Jetta.
(winter driving).

I don't enjoy it, but knowing she is safe makes it a little easier.

 

I can't believe I'm responding to this but I already invested.

Dude, let her drive the dang truck around the block.....so eff'n what.

I think it's nice you both are waiting for marriage and all that....good for you and good luck with that. I'd rather test drive before I buy, but that's on you.

But, if you are THAT serious, then the truck is no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

i let my fiance drive mine, she doesnt like to, but occaisionally she will ask. who cares. mine is newer and was twice the price + of yours....

 

My gfs a pretty good drive on anything she grew up drving atv's and lawnmowers tractors trucks all of it..scared to drive in traffic though?

My fiancé grew up driving the sponge around the sink and crashing into dishes. I let her operate my dish washer, not my truck

Yeah, we need to "test drive" you guys to make sure you can last more than 15 seconds

Come on dude, you have an automatic. A monkey can drive it without messing anything up. I let mine drive my truck on our second date out in the desert, up a pretty big ledge. Lets just say I was impressed What's she gonna hurt?

 

My girl is really good at crawling actually... She got up a hill first try with no wheel spin when I had to try a different line when I did that hill.

 

Ok, how is her driving? Is she a horrible driver, then no... If she is a good driver, then I really don't understand the issue. And again, not all female drivers are bad!

 

she was freaking out but definitely took the right line with minimal help. My clutch wasn't even smoking either

Bro, Screw the whole waiting till marriage thing. Like they all said you have to test it before you buy it. I mean honestly I'm a Catholic Runaway now. My now wife and I were together for a month tested it and boom it was all gravy after that. She drove me home a lot after the parties. But I will say this, she is a good damn driver, but most southern women are. Just get the hell outta their way if you aren't as big as their vehicle is.

 

Let him be with his religious views. It's good some people actually follow the bible fully lol.

I didn't read all the responses but if she wants to drive it just because she wants to drive it then no. If there is a reason for her to drive it, then fine, why not (unless her driving record sucks).

 

Exactly I had talked about it with my wife, but you tend to get pretty bored and I started to really question why I had to confess to some old guy next me behind a mesh thing what I did wrong. Now I have an unc that calls me like 3-4 times a month and pretty much gives me my bible readings. I like it. Since we are married we have gone to a few different churches and liked it so we'll probably start going back to them. and don't get me wrong I do love the Big man upstairs!!!
