    the tint from the factory is inside the glass and that's why it looks different than the overlays. not to mention the factory rear tint is closer to 27-28%

    I've been riding for over 2 years with my tint @20%, nothing as of yet, and it looks good, matches fairly well i'd say.

    does it lighten over time? it was $70 so if I have to remove it didn't lose too much money

    it's close...but not 100% match. i wouldnt run it due to state law being 35%, but that's up to the driver. not saying something will happen, but if the cops did say something about it, they would be in the right. 35% is what i have to go on mine when it warms up.

    X2 you may get away with it like myself, i've been running mine for a long time. You want it to look really close, it doesnt have to be perfect.

    you should be fine.. i have 5% on the back doors and back window.. 20% on the front two and 50% on the windshield..
    in my old truck it was 5% all the windows and 50% on the windshield.. been pulled over but never for tint and they never notice the 50% on the windshield:D
