Up in Big Bear as I write this. Across the street from Bear Mountain ski resort is a parking lot full of news vans. I was up here at around 7am and they were already set up... spent the night in the truck maybe

Surprisingly not as many cops as people might imagine. Its fairly quiet. Nobody seem on edge. I know I'm not. Just another day

Everything is speculation at this point.

No official.

 

I think they announced "A" body found and that ID would be weeks.

Thanks for the link, I was looking for this for a while. It was all over KCAL9 and CBS2 last night.

If what the police are saying is true (LOL), then all of those gunshots were police fire, because Dorner had suppressors on his weapons.

 

I cant wait for the autopsy on Dorner because I heard at least 500 shots there from police.

I wonder how many hit him.

I am guessing a few found their mark and he was wounded badly and then killed himself.

 

According to the news he was untouchable and could kill 10men with his bare hands, so I doubt a single bullet even hit him.

 

Wonder if we'll ever see more of that crazy footage. We've seen 2 minutes or so pieced together but the reporter was up there the entire time so you know there's a lot more footage.

Its actually a ton of media still. Channel 9, 2, 5, 11, 10, and 7 had vans set up with film crews outside ALL day today. Ch 9 had 2 vans set up. It was pretty elaborate actually. Special lighting and curtains and stuff. But as far as police presence, I saw 1 SBSO Chevy Tahoe that just keep circling the lake. Other than that, just 1 fish and game truck. Pretty calm

 

Not much police activity up there. All of the cops are taking their overtime pay and going on vacation.

 

Weren't you supposed to go camp in the wilderness and catch Dorner?
