I did it already... Found a total'd 2012. Now I need to work on the actual radio retro'd because of the harnesses. Been listening to CD's and none of the other features in the radio or steering wheel controls are hooked up yet. Waiting on the stuff I ordered off EBAY to finish it up.

I got a bunch of stuff at the time. I think it ended up being $60 for the whole dash.

Lower center, upper center, left/right vents surrounding the radio, radio, radio surround.

I had to order the PINS, and harness connectors. I didn't want to be a dick and cut the harness. I know someone would have wanted to buy the whole wireing loom and arbitrarily cutting connectors off is just wrong.

I went with a buddy that always buys stuff from the same yard. He picked up a transmission for a civic, and an engine for an old F-150. I don't know what's fair for these things. I don't frequent junk yards. But when my buddy said give the man 60, i just did as told.

I really don't think the guy at the counter saw all the stuff we got. We were using an aluminum cart and my stuff was in the bottom of it. No one bothered looking closely at it, he glanced at the cart and continued telling the guy with the fork lift on the radio where to put the engine and tranny my buddy had just got.

I will tell you though, It took lots of calling around to find a yard with a 2012 tacoma. Most yards didn't even have anything 05+, then again, I might have just been getting the run around. Like I said, I don't normally deal with junk yards. My buddy was the one who finally tracked down one for me, then he bought the other stuff for his shop.

If you guys were ordering ALCANs I'd be down. Need to get custom 6" packs for my DB.

That dash swap sounds awesome, hell of a deal for $60 at the junk yard.

So heres the deal, free shipping @ 5 sets to a central location/ business. @ 10 we get an additional 30 off per set.

So as it is right now, it is 168 shipping to your front door. Doing this deal, we are getting 168 off (free shipping).

The reason theres NOT a Group buy thread is because all these are being shipped to one spot. Otherwise, we would have to get each of the other reagons to have a central ship location too.
