NE area wheeling trip plans

I'm getting them from rob dammit so there.

I can't lol. That's when he is free. And I can't put the new wheels and tires on till I paint from first. Much easier that way

 

You don't need to paint them lol they are fine just go get them durning the week.

I'm hopeful for Sunday. I should have my CB antenna mounted by then. Really depends on how wrecked I get Saturday night. Really want to try the CB out though

Doesn't look too bad. Pretty sure I wouldnt make it up the power line hill, but otherwise not too bad. Supposed to cool down sat and sun, so it shouldn't be too muddy

 

But they say more snow right

Just checked NBC. Says 2-4" in MA, 1-2 in RI

The Hummer Alpha seems like it wouldn't be bad to wheel with. Lockers front and rear and plenty of power.

 

Why not, everyone got their new fancy LED bars, might as well use them

 

Doesn't mean it's good at wheeling. Ram power wagon has front and rear lockers, solid axles, and electronic sway bar disconnects. Makes it a tank, but not exactly nimble or maneuverable, which are important when wheeling.

 

True, but the RI trails aren't that tight and dual lockers will get you through some pretty serious shit if the driver is competent.

Not related but I think the biggest mistake Dodge made with the Power Wagon was not giving it a diesel option. That thing would be a damn nice work-site truck it you could have a diesel with it.
