I made a prototype hybrid over 2 years ago actually for member in Florida. Never received any pictures of it from him though. I'd be interested in making a new hybrid front if you're interested!
They should be fine without rolling the lip or anything. They'll be a little flimsy, but I see it as a good thing actually. If you happen to be down in some ruts with a tree root sticking out, or you happen to slide over toward a rock or tree, the flimsy bedside will push back rather than hold position and dent in. At least that was how I saw it, and never reinforced mine on my old 07 Tacoma

When you cut the besides, did you have to touch up the cut part with paint to prevent flaking/rust?

    Btw truck looks unreal.

Thanks for the info on bedsides guys :) ... here's another question for your Eric.. I've been looking at 1.5" body lifts on the forums.here... seems like theres a few people running thrm.with no problems . How much of a pain in the ass will it be for me to get the bumpers modifide to fit the body lift?

    They're certainly goin! :D
I've been crazy busy the last couple weeks(hell when arent I?) and been looking into getting a larger shop. Trying to get more space as my current shop is now just too cramped and I dont have enough room for all the manpower I need to get things knocked out quicker. Just waiting to hear from the property manager, and hopefully I can get my deposit in soon on the new place.
You've got a couple months left it looks like Thayer
Unfortunately, its not likely. The ones designed for no BL cant really be modded for a body lift. Its part of the build that they're modified, as the whole center of the front is cut different, and the rears get different mounting plates for a body lift to allow the mounting holes to be lower. :(

Looking to find out about how long it would take to get a set of bumpers built and shipped. Looking to order front and rear plate bumpers for a 2009 tacoma. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

    A few bolts are different.
Relentless rear made a fool of a mustang today. It tagged me on the side wing as it was backing out of a parking spot and I was passing. While not a high speed crash it was a vulnerable area.

Relentless win. Not hardly a scratch.

    BIG NEWS!

Looks like Relentless Fab is going to be moving soon! Just got word that I've been approved for a new shop I've had my eye on, its only about a mile from my current location.
The new shop is 2 1/2 times the size of my current shop with a much more efficient layout, so we'll be hiring shortly and then able to get more armor pumped out. Lead times(and wait time for those who've already ordered) should start to get shorter in the not-too-distant future! :woot:
