Yup, the rifle is completely stock. I'm hard pressed to mess with it considering the grouping it shot with cheap Remington 22lr.

It looks even better with the BX-25 mag sticking out of it.

Correct, it's not the heavy bull barrel. It's a dealer exclusive 10/22, although it doesn't show up on Ruger's site. The stock is basically an ATI collapsable stock but with Ruger branding instead of ATI.

That rifle of yours looks awfully familiar. I think a bipod is in order for mine.

If you're done with all of those mags you can send them my way. :D

    Im leaning towards this one:
    http://scoutscopes.com/ak-saiga-scope-mounts/ak-saiga-scope-mount-black-anodized-6885/

Im going to try this and the receiver side mount. I want to leave the foregrips alone since I love the classic wood finish. Not trying to tac out my AK.

Thanks for the reply though. What you say about the gas tube mounts have changed the way I think of them, but I am still not a big fan due to the heat issues and I dont trust the optics being on a removable piece, but that's just me.

I'm getting familiar with it now. The Bipod comes in handy for sure however I'm thinking of de-cluttering a touch and getting a foregrip with the built in bipod. I've yet to see/explore one in person. Does anyone have one? Recommendations on brand/style to get?

3 Hot lips, 3 steel lips, and 1 Tactical Inc. It's amazing how fast you can go through them! Speed loader comes in handy.

She's started life as a 10/22 Carbine and I spent a bit of time experimenting with different stocks from the ATI Dragonov, to Boyds Tacticool and a few others to find one that I liked. I REALLY like the ATI Strikeforce. The folding option is very solid, well constructed and its pretty comfortable.

    How she now sits now:
    - ATI Strikeforce Stock(bedded)
    - Simmons Protarget 3-9x40
    - Burris Zee Rings
    - UTG Foldable Foregrip
    - Generic Flash hider.
    - Tuffer Buffer bolt buffer.
    - Volquartsen bits and peices (extractor, firing pin, hammer/spring)
    - DIY Bolt-open mod.
    - Barska light/laser combo.
    - Generic Bipod.

On the way / to come:
    - Magpul rear and front sling attachments
    - Upgrade to a .920 bull barrel.
    - Extended bolt handle.
    - Possibly upgrading the trigger group.

I really enjoy plinking with this setup, however the trigger leaves something to be desired. It's hard as hell to get GOOD parts here in Canada.

It keeps me occupied while I dream of owning an AR-15. *sigh*

I have a grip pod. Its okay I guess, little wobbly though when your trying to be super accurate.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
i prefer the GI/LE style w/ the retractable bipod to the ones that are a one piece that always stay open. that being said, there's a huge price difference in the two.

Cell phone pic of my AR now that I've gone from 1-4x to a 2.5-10x and added a bipod. Already have an 11.5" carbine so I thought a DMR type gun might round it out a bit. Got my can back from AAC as well, so that's good.

How much does that weigh? Been looking at one but it sure feels heavy compared to the pm9. And a bit more money too.

I sold my CW9 to get this. 17oz unloaded. With the laser grips it's a touch wider than the Kahr but I shot this thing tighter during break-in free-standing than the Kahr could ever do sand-bagged. Entirely different experience.

Yes. It is much more pricey but worth every penny in my book. You could go with one of the non-cdp versions and save as much as the CW9 costs but the checkering, match-grade barrel, slide smoothing, and laser grips were worth it to me.

Any body got a place to get a 25 round mag for Ruger 10/22s? Butler creek steel lips or bx25 preferably. Anything steel lipped should be alright...
