I wouldn't add wheel spacers if you don't need them, but if you really want them go with 1"

Get some spidertraxx and call it a day. Just put some on my truck and changed the whole stance.

I would go with new rims before spacers. However if you're set on keeping your stock rims, the Spidertraxx are the most recommended on here.

SPider trax are the way to go. Their are other brands but you would want to go with the best spacer for our trucks which are the spider trax

1.25" but +1 for new rims instead. I was planning to buy spacers for mine but ended up just getting new rims and love the stance.

White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
I installed Spidertrax 1.25". The stance is nice.

1" will keep the oem tires tread just inside the fenderwell lip. 1 1/4" is on the exact border or just slightly outside.

As for rims vs spacers, if you install wider rims ( 1 1/4" wider) on oem backspacing the tires outer edge is the same as spacers. You'll have deeper rim appearance, but the tire and rim run in the exact same places as it would with spacers.

Go for 1 1/4", they are the most common and ensure you do not need to trim the oem studs. If / when you do a wheel upgrade, the spacers will sell for a reasonable amount.

Thanks for the help. Reason why I am getting spacers, is because i just bought my duratracs last summer and don't want to buy new wheels and tires just yet.
