    leg day today was ****ing brutal, forgot to bring the belt and lifting straps too was kinda pissed about that.

    Avacado chicken sandwich + fruits + stack of whole grain wheat pancake + some of those fake sugar syrup that gives you brain cancer

    and just hit all my macros with a custom made protein shake.

    Those are some impressive lifts. Don't know how you can work deads and squats like that in the same day, that shit would be brutal. Strong front squats as well, you rest the bar on your shoulders or hold the bar thruster/shoulder press style?

    I hate to say it but im pretty well loaded with supp for my workouts right now, im in the cutting stage with almost a 800cal deficit below maintenance on a 40/50/10 macro split. so there is no way i can do that much workout without the help of pre-workout, creatine and nitric oxide.

    Unfortunately i have really short arms and im unable to do a clean grips on front squats, so i do a cross arm grip with the bar on my shoulder instead of the traditional clean grip which rest the bar on your upper chest and front delts. fortunately i have pretty big shoulders so the bar doesn't hurt that bad, but if im able to do a clean grip i feel i can definitely lift heavier and be more stable.

    I cant do the cross arm grip, because I'm small like a woman lol, I prefer the clean grip my self. I can't go that "heavy" though. 225 would be my limit I think if I wanted to do more than one set, I usually do 5 sets at 185.

    Nice man! yeah i've been doing back squat for almost 9 years now and it's great but i got a F'ed up back so i started doing front squats now i love it.

    BTW saw this on my other forum yesterday, i had to post it here. its some kind of sick humor but i can't help it.

    so after a few years of "lifting"i decided about 2 weeks ago to get serious about it an start a mostly compound lift workout. I have never done anything like this so its been a learning experience for me. its been amazingly successful already and I feel great about it and im back to actually enjoying being in the gym vs it being a necessity. I can already tell im getting bigger and stronger.

    And I also had my best gym retard experience this evening. a guy came in, and granted he was big, not Arnold big but he had spent some time in the gym. anyways, he puts on some big ass beats headphones and they are so loud i can hear them across the gym with my headphones in. and judging by the noises he was making with every rep he was either working out harder than physically possible, or trying to pass a cantaloupe. and after every set he went and flexed in front of the mirror. pretty sure he annoyed everyone there

    Man fucked up my macro bad today, I gotta start planning my meals better with my intermittent fasting.

    Had a great day of chest and back day, Broke Dumbell bench PR too with 110lb dumbells, finished gym around 2:30pm still fasting, ate around 3pm, had a chicken burrito bowl at Una mas, came home then spent too much time fucking around and didn't eat till 8, had 2 tacobell cantina chicken bowls. went home and logged in my macros and here is what i got.

    So too much fat, not enough protein and carbs and almost 1000 below the already cutting calorie goal. and i ate so late that im too full to eat anything anymore. :(

    i ususally do a 18 hour fast with 6 hour eating window, and trying to eat 2600 calories in 2 meals is just BOSS! lol i feel like a fatass but when i step on the scale and do my BF% in the morning all i see is results, haha gotta love IF

    Do they actually sound good? Most people just bought them cuz of the hype.
    i use these cheap bluetooth ones i got off Amazon, no more headphone wire getting in my way when i do my lifts.
