Zombie Apocalypse Show isn't Real Enough (The Walking Dead on AMC)

Anyone notice the Govenor's eye was injured on the opposite side in the last scene of next weeks preview. I'm not sure if he was looking in a mirror, but it was on the left side.

The show is getting a bit too scattered with everything going on and so many story lines. I know it will all tie in together, but they're not developing any one story line in depth. It just creates a lot of shallow and meaningless interactions and explanations that don't flow together. Hopefully they do better in the next episodes.

As always, Andrea is a douche.

Haha, I was wondering if I just saw it wrong, but I just rewatched that part and its definitely on his left eye, not the right.

I think it's boring because the groups are so comfortable where they are. The first season and the first part of the second season they constantly had to avoid walkers and you never knew when the next group of walkers would pop up. This season, both Woodbury and the Prison are free of walkers for the most part, so all you get is talking and the occasional kill. I remember being pumped up after watching the show and not being able to fall asleep right after. Now it's not the same.

Last night's episode was awesome

 

some just cant be pleased with this show and i believe would be better off waiting for a new zombie movie to come out.

 

I would of liked to see glen and Carl checking out the other side of the prison rather then him just jumping out of a door and saying its over run with zombies. Next week will be good, I'm thinking Daryl Merle and Rick will have to go around the prison and enter where the black guy did and fight hi way back to the group. Or the black guy will end up helping them get through and be part of the group.

 

That's probably more true to real life than you think. Zombies are kind of like scary paper targets. They don't shoot back. People with guns do.

I liked this episode more than the season premier. The prisoner getting shot in the bean startled the shit out of me!

 

This show is turning into days of our lives. I think they need a writer swap again

I liked the episode. The governor is whacked though, if all he was planning on doing was probing their defenses, why send it the Zombievan? He should save that for an assault. Andrea is fucking naive, she annoys the hell out of me. Merle coming to the group? Bit of a stretch writing wise, not entirely plausible. The group should have Michone keep an eye on Merle, if he does something stupid, Michone should take his fucking head off. Bummed for Axel, I liked the dude. They should shore up the defenses and stay at the prison, large fields of fire, hard to enter. Some better shooting from the group should ensure that at some point the Gov will run out of bodies to throw at it..

 

^^ Yeah I'm with ya on that. Didn't understand the Governors half ass attack on the prison. I will admit it seemed to be like they (the writers) realized there wasn't much action in this episode so they threw that in just to wet the action appetite. I still liked it. But I am starting to lean more towards the story line moving past the governor and on to something else.

 

I haven't read the comic, but I can't imagine the Governor lasting much longer.

His time is near!

 

I think he governer knows that they must be short on supplies and the half assed attack drew alot of attention by the zombies. Plus the gov has plenty of resources and now the group is low on bullets food and surrounded by hundreds of zombies. The gov is trying to flush them out or hopes the problem will take care of its self

 

So i didn't get to watch it last night, and someone forgot to record it even though I sent her a text asking her to do so. Please tell me there's a website I can watch the episode on

The Walking Dead portion of AMC's website usually has the full episode available to watch a day or so after it airs.

I download each episode off of kickasstorrents.eu or .ru or something like that. Just google the site. Best torrent site I've found. Load it on my jump drive and plug it into the bluray or TV. That's my method since I don't have cable.
