Had mine at the dealer today to diagnose a noise that sounded like aggressive mud tires. I thought it was a front wheel bearing based on research here on TW. My truck is stock suspension TRD Sport 4WD. Turns out it was the LR axel bearing. Dealer ordered parts and will have to go back next week. Covered under powertrain warranty.

I went searching for a fix, today, for my 2007 Tacoma's soft ass. I'm sick and tired of bottoming out when I run over a shadow.
I discovered the Roadmaster Active Suspension and am in love with what I see. I've read everything on this Forum that I can find and I'm going to order one this Wednesday when SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) cuts me a check. (Gotta keep peace you know).

I think I can put them on with no problem. Can't wait to try em out.

By order: Tinted windows, WeatherTech liners added, NFab's, bar caddy center console, plasti-dipped emblems and rims.
Got the bed mat for about $90. Gave it some use with groceries and Ikea boxes and nothing moved or shifted. Love the look and the quality.

    ordered some Spidertrax wheel spacers

for some reason it disturbs me seeing the fender about 1/2" wider than the wheels/tires  wont be able to keep the truck clean once they're on because crap will always be thrown all over the sides, but oh well...

I'm use it it; my old 91 Toyota I had I installed some offset ProComp wheels. They stuck out maybe 1" and I only had some pavement pounders on it and that truck never stayed clean, and I didn't really take it off road much, lol (accept for in this photo... had just washed it )

lots of work indeed... all done by yours truly in the driveway. pretty much went through the entire truck; every front and rear wheel/axle bearing, both diffs (just fixed the leaking gaskets), every suspension bushing, all the steering linkages, ball joints, rebuilt the hubs, shocks, front axle shafts and rear U-joints, interior SR5 upgrades, stereo upgrades, and then there was the motor build... tore down to bare block, had it bored 30 over, brand new head with larger valves, stiffer valve springs, and a taller cam, got rid of all the emissions junk, cleaned and painted pretty much EVERYTHING, header (which I stripped and repainted), full exhaust, stiffer clutch, electric fan, 120amp alternator. and who knows how many other odds and ends over the years...
