Damn bro, 18 hours? 16 every day is a struggle, I might try that out.

Meh, the beats are all right, I only bought them because my panasonic noise canceling headphones took a shit, and I dislike wearing ear buds.

Im use to it, and it fits my schedule, also i take yohimbine in the morning which help with food cravings, and i get home around 1:30 and get my workout in around 2 and finish at 4, so from 4:30 to 9pm i just eat all my macros in 2 meals and go to sleep around midnight. i use to get tired through out day eating 3-4 meals like most people, and wake up tired. but now i have load of energy through out the day , and jump outta bed every morning.

Had like the biggest wtf moment tonight lifting... so im on the calf raise machine and this guy asks me after my first set if he can work in with me. No problem. On my 3rd set im 8 reps in and I go down for a rest pause. Next thing I know he is pulling weights off of the end of the machine!? I was like what in the holy fuck are you doing!!! I thought you said I could work in with you... Yeah, between sets! I almost lost my fucking mind. I have no idea what he was thinking

I'm with you, I started the IF back in October, took me a few weeks to get used to it. No desire to ever go back to trying to find the time to eat multiple meals through out the day.

What are your calories set at? I've been playing wiith leangains for awhile but find it hard to have enough energy to workout fasted.....so I break my fast earlier and then have 2 big ass meals after that. Ends up being 14-16 hours fasted but seems to work good. I need to get BF 10% or under so I guess technically I'm cutting but more or less I'm sticking to 12x body weight in calories with 30/40/30 carbs/protein/fat.

    Any suggestions?

Im 5'11 275 lbs around 28% body fat realistically, started around 290 and 45%BF, calorie intake right now is 2200-2600 usually have a 18/6 fast. have a 40/40/20 macro split.

I find it the later i break my fast the more energy i will have the next day. so i usually work out around 2 or 3 and break my fast around 5 or 6 and have 2 big ass meal.

Also most of your energy come from carbs so i would suggest the same macro split as mine 40/40/20

I've found with calories at 10x-12x BW, I drop weight pretty quick without messing with my strength......that looks close to what you've got.

Are you doing higher calories on workout days and less on non workout days? I've seen that strategy work sort of like over eating one day to build muscle then under eat just enough to burn some fat!

I don't, i always eat the same amount of calories when im cutting . because the day you are not working out, your body stay in maintenance mode eating the same amount. But when you bulk you need to cut down on calories on rest days.

    I did shitty today......

    2,046 Calories
    150 protein / 161 carbs / 88 fat

Was shooting for 170 protein (BW) and 1,700 calories (10x BW)

Had a SICK workout though.....5x max handstand push-ups and pull ups (still stuck around 8-10) 10x3 pistols - Then 4 rounds of 1/4 mile run and 10 explosive burpees!

Damn that's a big drop. I started at 240 last January, but with no eating/diet guide lines, got all the way down to 185, but sacrificed way to much power. I'm 5'8 hovering around 200lbs and 20-22% bf. I still don't count macros, but I suppose I should get my shit together if I ever want to be down in the 15% and lower area with out giving up any of my "power".

Thanks to counting macros and lifting heavy i actually got stronger lol

But went lifting chest and shouder yesterday at the gym with no supps at all, no craze no hemavol no BCAA. man it was depressing, lost at least 5 reps and 15lbs in all my lift. but it was time to cycle off so i guess i'll just have to suck it up.

cycling off is the worst. I try to line it up so I'm taking creatine/using amino acids for energy when I'm not on pre work outs and whatever else I'm forcing my liver/kidneys to process.

Guess my new goal is to get my shit together and start counting the macros. If I can be 220 @ 15%bf when I leave this place next March, I'd be pretty stoked with that.

Why not take the BCAA's intra workout? Along with/without ur pre-workouts? It would help with recovery and pumps.
