i dont know why this guy is asking 8k for a truck with an r title but im looking for something on the cheaper side to beat around in and take on the trails. what would you say would be a fair price for something like this? i already have my eye on a 99 im most likley going to pickup but he is local and i wanted to know whats a reasonable offer that i can throw at him if i go to take a look at it

oh i totally agree. ive been looking all over the place everyday for the past few weeks. ideally id like an 01 or something which i found in my price range but i dont want a standard cab so its been a little harder. up here in pa there isnt much but i found a few in atlanta near where my brother lives that hes gonna take a look at for me. i was planning on offering the guy 5k for it which i think is fair considering its got an R title which basically makes it not worth shit

im not desperate to buy a truck im content with looking and waiting for the deal to come along i just happened to have this pop up and i figured id give it a shot if hes willing to come way way down on the price. i have a feeling he is a guy that thinks this thing is worth a million dollars which i think hes sadly mistaken. he sent me an email before this was listed responding to my wanted ad and he said he wanted 8. i told him my budget was 7.5 and he said well i cant do that. then he sent me an email when he listed this saying he would take 7 which is still way too high. ill go offer him 5 and if he wants to never buy his deisel truck because he wont be reasonable ill buy something else

I would steer clear of that track, anything without a clear title or with any body work like the bed is baddd newwss!!!
I would find something with more miles that hasnt been wrecked

Unless your referring to the glossier look of the red, then yes it does look like it was repainted/worked on

Looks like front was lifted but not rear. I wouldn't go more than 3500 IF it is mechanically decent given all the other stuff with the title and whatever is up with the bed.
