IMMRYO bracket for me. Now I dont have to worry about nearly running over pedestrians when I'm turning right at intersections... Not that its happened before
If you are over 6' it is pretty much a necessity.
My opinion might change once I get my lift on tho :D

So far for me, it would be the amp research power steps. It makes getting and out of my truck much easier for me and my family.

Oh yeah, forgot about my okoles...
We have a few tacomas at work. The sides of the seat are completely worn through the fabric and foam. I wish leather was a factory option in the US.

If you've got the manual, URD short throw shifter. Makes daily driving much better.

Power slider is awesome in the summer, but Katzkins heated leather in the winter is tough to beat.

5100's. Second would be subs and head unit but I can'tand a fair comparison as I had the factory stereo for a few days.

Differential Breather Mod Light Bar: 4 Cree LED lamps Bilstein 5100s Ride Rite Air Bags
For Off Road and/ or 4WD Tacomas...

    1) Rear Differential Breather Mod, and flip the spare so you can add air!
    2) Better Tires, as soon as you can.
    3) Remove the hard plastic mud flaps that will snap off when off roading.
    4) Remove the trailer wire harness receptacle from under the bumper where it will get smashed, and tie it up high for future use.
