Obviously "someone" hates you, or your truck. I don't think someone would target "a truck" unintentionally with this kind of damage. Could be someone is just jealous and tired of seeing you making love with your baby.....:D

I was in dallas a couple months ago and saw a news item of a guy getting caught keying a hummer. He was caught by video surveillance cameras built into the mirrors (or somewhere). don't know what kind of system this is but might be a good investment.
    and here's the news...

When someone stole your wheels, you could put that down to someone stealing to make some money. Now they've put salt in your tank...they did this to p1ss you off.

Sounds like someone's got it in for you. You can either fight it and put up with this sh1t until they get bored, or move on.

    Sorry to hear that man...

Did you "steal" your girl from some other guy? Maybe the scumbag is paying you back for taking "his" property... There are some messed up people in this world.

But, anyway, hope you get your ride fixed, again, and it stays that way.
Like others have said, sounds like it's time to move.

they poured salt in your tank? Or was it sugar? I've always heard of sugar screwing things up, but never salt. Either way, nasty and some jerk off needs to have their ass kicked up and down the street. Not cool at all.

yeh man, get a camera system. since you live in a complex there are wireless ones for less than $35 online that run on a 9v battery that will transmit to your tv and then you can record thru your vcr or dvr. with your luck its definitely worth looking into.
lucky for me i'm paranoid as fuck and have hidden cameras all over my house, so many you'd think it was a meth lab. :D

Maybe pick up something like this:
    http://www.spycameras.com/item,camball-1,ball-camera-dvr.html

They have a car charger you can buy for it as well. With an 8gb micro SD card, it can hold 24 hours of video. It's motion activated and charges with USB.

I think I'd buy a cheap pep boys convex mirror stick on (for blind spots) and drill a hole in the middle for the pin cam. Then mount it to your camera so it looks like the cheap mirror. The video samples look pretty decent:

I'm sure it is strictly a jealously issue, you have something nice and they don't so they think "f*ck you." It least they didn't key it also.

How about pick up a .45 Cal Kimber and leave the truck out in the driveway with the windows down and hide in the bushes. Make for an interesting evening.... If more people did this, we wouldn't have issues.

As of now, I tasted the little crystal that was outside of the gas filler chamber and it was indeed "salt". I don't know if they poured anything else inside the tank or not but my car did not start but everything else was working fine. I'd have to wait till tomorrow because as of now I don't have the tools. Although I do wish this car would have equipped with open valve to release the bad fuel somewhere underneath the fuel cell like the oil.

they must have done it between midnight till 10 this morning. Because The last time i drove my car was at 9 then parked it there, I checked every hour until midnight then got tired and went to sleep. This morning the engine started normal for about less than 5 min and it was done. luckily i didn't pull out of my condo complex yet...

I have looked into getting those little camera but still don't know where would be a good place to put it? maybe someone in Socal is handy with these stuff can give me a hand with the wiring of all the security crap to put on my car.
