We used a torch on robs frame . Went nice and easy . I drilled mine . Took a couple hours and a bunch of bits . Plasma would work just be mindful of what on the otherside . Brake lines , wiring harness etc .

 

Use a air drill with a diamond bit. And have a compressor that can keep up, want help PM and come to my work

I hope that potential group buy on the ironman lift works out for you billy! I could see alot of people, especially newer members, wanting to get that setup. I say newer members because it is a full kit, no deciding on different coils and stuff, people get confused when trying to choose a lift, alot of people dont know about that kit and you dont see it recomended very often because it is somewhat new to this forum. Also the benifit of staying under 2.5" of lift so no new UCAs. If it happens i bet it will do well and hopefully you get the setup for free!

 

Well I had contacted Camel 4x4 just for info on the lift and never heard back. I would think it would be good for both TW and Sierra Expeditions

 

Ya i think so also, im suprised the kit isnt more popular here. Maybe you can make that happen haha. I was intetested in their leaf pack. When i bought my lift there was only 1 member on the forum who had the ironman kit so i was a little skeptical. Now theres a handful of guys and they all have nothing but good things to say about it. The price is pretty awesome.

 

Yup and reading thru the threads I found other sights where guys are raving about it. I like the fact that it is 2" with no UCA issues

Even with a battery powered one, can't take more than a few seconds to get through a hitch pin.

 

Best tool ever. I started my cab mount chop with a grinder. After about a minute i was like screw this gimme my SAHZAHL. Only took like 2 minutes to cut it. Thinking of that i should work on getting it boxed up

 

It's gotta be full of dirt by now anyways, don't worry about it.
