Seems like the composite material used in my 08 taco is a little slicker than I thought it would be....looking for solutions that will not limit bed space, but keep cargo from sliding back and forth....what has worked for you and what has not.

Bed mat is the best answer.

Keeps things put when you want it to, and if you want to be able so slide something like a fridge or stove or whatnot, then you can take it out and have the sliding ability back.

Toyota bed mat is best at toyotapartspeople.com $85 ish with $12 shipping.

There are generic bed mats that are available (and apparently just as nice though they dont say Tacoma on them), though I forget where for about half that price, but I am sure someone else will add to this and tell you where they can be ordered from.

Call your local dealer first. They may price match (mine did) and then you won't have to pay shipping (sales tax instead).

Based on a posting I saw either here or on TN I went to TruckChamp. For $65 I got a really nice heavy weight fitted mat. It even had cutouts for the rear D-rings. If you order enough stuff to drive the price over $150 they waive the handling charge of $15. I didn't have that much so I had to pay it.

    After Market-Halo angel-eye headlights, Westin Bull bar (black) w/ 6" hella 500's, TRD Cat-back, 17" Motometals with T/A KOs.

These are the greatest, they also seem to stiffen the rear end when applyed to the wheel wells.
